Information you share with us.

When you contact Prairie Spark, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, project location, requirements, measurements, photographs or drawings. We use this information to respond, clarify the work, prepare an estimate and manage your project.

The quote form sends your details through our server to the Prairie Spark Manufacturing and Hutterite Marketplace admin teams at info@prairiesparkmfg.com and info@hutteritemarketplace.ca so they can respond and coordinate your enquiry. Your email address is included so the team can reply to you. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry.

Purchases happen on Hutterite Marketplace.

Our product links take you to Hutterite Marketplace, where you select options and complete your purchase. Marketplace manages its checkout, payment processing, order information and support under its own policies. Payment details are not collected through this website.

Links may include referral parameters identifying Prairie Spark and the page or button used. These parameters do not include the name, email address or project details entered in our quote form.

Website analytics.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, referral sources, page views, engagement, phone-button clicks, Marketplace button clicks from product and service pages, and successful quote submissions. Google may collect device and browser information, cookie identifiers and website interactions. Analytics is optional and starts only after you accept analytics cookies.

We keep Google advertising personalisation and Google Signals off. We do not send the name, email address, phone number, project location or requirements entered in our quote form to Google Analytics. A successful quote submission is recorded only as an enquiry event, without the form contents.

Choose Accept analytics or Decline in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. We remember your choice on this browser for up to 180 days. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website or sending a quote request.

Maps and external services.

Embedded Google Maps helps you find Sunrise Colony. Loading or using a map allows Google to receive technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and map interactions, and may involve cookies. Google’s privacy policy applies to that service.

Our hosting and email providers may process technical or contact information needed to deliver the website and handle enquiries. If you follow an external link, the destination’s own privacy and cookie policies apply.

Your choices and privacy requests.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. You can also manage advertising preferences through Google and Meta and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These controls may affect site features and do not necessarily stop every type of measurement.

Contact us to request access to or correction of information you have shared with Prairie Spark, or to ask about deletion or withdrawing consent. We will consider your request under applicable privacy requirements; some records may need to be retained for legal or business reasons. For information held by Marketplace, Google or Meta, contact that provider directly.

Retention, sharing and security.

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to respond, carry out the work and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Service providers may process information outside your province or country, under the laws and safeguards that apply to them.

Information may be shared with providers needed to operate the website or manage a project, or where required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
